Chair of Metal Forming

The Chair of Metal Forming at the Montanuniversity Leoben is embedded in the Department Product Engineering together with the Chairs for Automation, Mechanical Engineering and Conveying Technology.

The main focus of research at the Chair of Metal Forming is material testing, material development and the optimization of forming processes in manufacturing. In addition, other industrial processes are also considered.
